Confidentiality and Flow of Information

e) Violates the legal predictions regarding equality of employment, by announcing in every notification or employment advertisement preference or request regarding race, color, religion, sex, nationality, age, political beliefs, social origin, or physical/mental inability
f) Impresses any person or subject, including (not only), employees of tech360.al , or a false declaration or malpresentation of relation with a person or subject
g) Includes personal or identifying information regarding another person, without their explicit admission
h) Is false, lying, misleading;
i) Violates any patent, commercial secrecy, author’s right or any other right, or even the Content which you have no permission to make available according to any law or contractual relations or faith;
j) Includes “related marketing”, “bonding reference code”, “invalid email”, “blocked email”, “chain letters”, “pyramidal schemes”, or commercial advertisements;
k) Includes any kind of advertisement if: is posted in any part of tech360.al portal which is not created for these specific purposes; is sent via email to the employers of tech360.al who have not signed a written admission that they agree to be contacted to further services, products or commercial interests;
l) Includes relation to commercial services or websites, only if is permitted in the “Services”
m) Includes software viruses or other’s computers codes, files or created programs to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of each software or hardware of the computer/ telecommunication device;
n) Interrupts the usual flow of the dialogue with a big quantity of the Contents (continuous attack ), the Service or that might interfere negatively in the ability of the users to use the Service, or
o) Uses incorrect email addresses or manipulates the indicators to mislead the origin of the Content transmitted through Services
p) Notifies or advertises any type of illegal service or sale of any article/ product banned by the law
q) Uses false email addresses or different manipulated indicators to mask the origin of the content spread over the Services. As a result, you agree not to:
r) Contact any person who has requested not to be contacted or to have uncontrolled contacts for any commercial purposes
s) Collect personal information of the users for commercial or illegal purposes
t) Use non authorized devices to download data from the Service, only if allowed by tech360.al u) Post continuously the same content, or similar one, or to put a big amount of unnecessary data concerning our infrastructure
v) Post the same article or service in more than one classified category or forum, or in more than one location
w) Try to have unauthorized access in the computer system of tech360.al or to be part of any activity which interrupts, lowers the quality and the performance, or regulates the functionality of the Service or tech360.al ’s website, or
x) Use any form of automatic device or computer program that makes possible the acceptation of posts in tech360.al , which have not been posted automatically by the author (“automatic posting device”), by including, in this way, with no limitation the use of any device to accept posts in bulk or automatic posting in regular lapses.
No Spam Politics
You understand and agree that sending the advertisements via email in the email addresses of tech360.al or through the computer system of tech360.al , which is forbidden by this terms, will use the servers of tech360.al . Any unauthorized use of the computer system of tech360.al is a violation of these terms and assigned laws. These kinds of violations might include the sender in civil or penal punishments.
Paid Posts
We can assign a bill to post the Content in some parts of the service. The payment is used as a entry permission in the Content, to post in a specific part of it. By posting the content in the Service, any party is responsible for the content in accordance to RUC. All the checked payments will not be returnable in the case when the Content is moved from the service for violation of RUC.
Refund of payments
Refund of payments occurs only in cases where a payment for a certain service has been made with a value greater than the value on the invoice issued for the service. In this case, the excess value is refunded. Funds are returned to the original payment method used during purchase.
Cancellation of a payment
The customer has 24 hours to approve the service offered to him. If the customer cancels receiving the service within 24 hours, the invoice issued to this customer is cancelled.
Service Limitations
You are aware that tech360.al might limit the use of Service, by including the maximum number of the days that the Content will be held by the Service, the maximum number and the quantity of the postings, email messages and/or SMS, human resources, statistical, commercial, public services, advertisements, public relations, analyze, further processing or other contents that might be transmitted from the Service and lastly the frequency used to enter the service. You agree to transmit from the Service.
The End of the Service
You agree with tech360.al , that it has the right to delete or deactivate you account, block you email, or IP address. In other words, tech360.al has the right to terminate you access in the service (or any part), immediately, if any break of rules or privacy, or any behavior against the RUC is noticed. You agree to no try to use the Service after the termination.
Assets Rights
The Service is protected maximally, permitted by the law of the author’s right and international agreement. The displayed Content in/through the Service is protected from the author’s right as a group work and/or listed in accordance to the Author’s Rights Law and international conventions. Any reproductions, modification, or derivative works from or spread of pages or collective work and/or the copying or reproduction of pages or any part of another server or location for further reproduction or spread is forbidden, without the written consent of tech360.al . Furthermore, you agree not to produce, duplicate or copy the Content from the Service, without the written consent of tech360.al and agree to admit all the notifications of the author’s right showed in the service. You cannot undue or disorganize or try to explore any part of the resource code of the Service. You agree not to produce, duplicate, copy, buy, sell, resell, or use for any commercial reason any aspect of the Service.
Lack of Warranties
You agree with tech360.al ,that the use of its webpage and service is totally in your responsibility. The tech360.al portal and service are offered based on “how it is” and “availability”, without any type of warranty. All the expressed and implied warranties, including, but without accusing, sales warranties, for special purpose and the non infringement of the property rights, are explicitly denied by law. According to law, tech360.al denies any warranty for insurance, integrity, durability, accuracy and performance of tech360.al and its service. tech360.al denies any warranty for other services or goods taken through or advertised in tech360.al , or taken from any connection to the portal. According to law, tech360.al denies any warranty for viruses or other damaging components related to tech360.al or the service.
Responsibility Limitations

General Information
RUC consists of an agreement between you and tech360.al and leads your use of the Service, by valuing every previous agreement between you and tech360.al . RUC and the agreement between tech360.al and you will be lead by the Republic of Albania Laws, without taking to consideration any prediction of law conflict. tech360.al and you agree to admit the jurisdiction of the courts part of Tirana’s Court. The failure of tech360.al to practice any force any right or RUC measure will not mean giving up this rights or predictions. If any RUC prediction is sentenced unavailable by the competent court, the parties will agree with it, that the court should try to affect the aims of the parties as showed in the prediction. The other predictions of the RUC will be in power will full effect.
Terms Violation and liquidated damages
Please report any violation of the RUC by sending an email at: info@tech360.al . You understand and admit that, because of the difficulty in the measuring of the damages, if necessary to tech360.al to take legal actions to force these terms, you will compensate it with the specific sums, according to the damage caused. These include: damages liquidation, which you value as reasonable for infringement of specific terms.
